Comprehensive Refund & Force Majeure Policy

1. General Refund Restrictions

The Company maintains a strict zero-refund policy for all services successfully rendered or initiated.

  • No financial refunds, partial or whole, will be issued for management or planning services based on subjective preferences, changes in guest attendance metrics, or unilateral modifications to the wedding itinerary by the Client.

2. Force Majeure Framework & Event Rescheduling

In the event that the wedding cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of either party (collectively termed as "Force Majeure Events"), a structured contingency protocol will take effect.

Definition of Force Majeure: This includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, sudden natural disasters, fires, extreme weather events, declarations of war, civil unrest, labor strikes, government-mandated lockdowns, public health emergencies, or sudden international travel bans.

  • Planning Effort Preservation: Direct financial refunds for the planning efforts, administrative overhead, and coordination hours executed by the Company up to the onset of the Force Majeure event will not be issued.

  • Service Deferment: The Company will honor the value of the active contract by permitting the Client to reschedule the coordination and management services to a mutually agreeable alternative date within a twelve (12) month window from the original event date, subject to team availability and potential adjustments in seasonal service pricing.

  • External Vendor Costs: Any financial recovery, credit notes, or date shifts regarding hotel room commitments, venue rentals, and third-party production expenses during a Force Majeure event must be negotiated directly with those specific suppliers, governed by their respective emergency and force majeure clauses.
