Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Engagement & Deliverables

Golden Leaf Events Pvt. Ltd. (hereafter referred to as the "Company") provides premium destination wedding consultancy, bespoke event planning, vendor curation, and on-site event coordination services.

  • Consultancy Services: The scope of work is strictly limited to the specific services detailed in the individual Client Proposal or Service Appendix.

  • Avenue of Execution: Any additions, structural changes, or modifications to the scope of the event requested by the Client must be formally documented and may incur additional planning or management fees.

  • Independent Authority: The Company acts as a facilitator and manager of the event's logistics but does not directly manufacture, construct, or provide physical production assets (such as sound systems, physical tents, floral imports, or catering food products).

2. Financial Management & Fee Disjunction

A clear distinction must be maintained between the fees paid to the Company and the budgets allocated to third-party providers.

  • Management Fees: All retainer fees, management percentages, or fixed consultancy fees paid to the Company are exclusively for the planning, logistics, intellectual property, and coordination efforts of the Company’s personnel.

  • Third-Party Vendor Disbursements: All expenses related to hotel room blocks, banquet spaces, catering, structural décor, artists, floral production, and travel logistics are the sole financial responsibility of the Client.

  • Payment Schedules: Vendor fees must be cleared directly to the respective vendors or routed through the Company’s designated client-expense accounts according to the strict timelines specified by those individual suppliers to ensure zero disruption in event services.

3. Limitation of Liability & Performance Indemnity

The execution of a destination wedding relies on a network of independent global and local suppliers.

  • Operational Failures: While the Company enforces rigorous vetting and management protocols, it carries no legal, financial, or operational liability for the failure, negligence, delay, bankruptcy, or non-performance of independent third-party vendors.

  • Guest Conduct & Damages: The Company is not responsible for any property damage, loss of personal belongings, or personal injury sustained by the Client or their guests at the venue during the tenure of the wedding events.
