Return Policy for Intangible Services

 

1. Service-Based Non-Applicability

Because the Company operates exclusively within the premium experiential and service-oriented sector, traditional retail return mechanisms do not apply.

• Exclusion of Tangible Assets: The Company does not sell off-the-shelf physical commodities. All deliverables represent customized professional labor, strategic coordination, and experiential management.

2. Irreversibility of Executed Deliverables

Intellectual property and labor cannot be retrieved once they have been deployed.

• Once venue research has been generated, logistical transport manifests created, vendor matrices customized, or creative decor concepts designed and presented to the Client, these services are classified as fully delivered.

• Delivered consultancy hours, production designs, and on-site management coordination cannot be "returned" or retroactively credited under any circumstances.
